A well ranked guide can generate a great amount of traffic to a sellers listings. By checking the traffic report in your store, you can see where your visitors are coming from. It’s not unknown to find your guides are generating over 10% - 15% of all visitors to your store.

Firstly, do not be put off at the thought of writing your first guide, it can actually be quite a simple process and it is most definitely achievable. The basic rule is stick to what you know. For example, if you specialise in selling guitars then it should be quite easy for you to write a few reviews of various or guitars and other equipment.
